The incident happened around 10:30 p.m. Friday at Casper's Cherokee of Eagan, where police responded after a report that several men were fighting inside the restaurant.
According to the Eagan Police Department:
"Witnesses told officers that four men had a verbal altercation inside the restaurant, which ended outside after one of the men stabbed the three others before fleeing the scene on foot. A 34-year-old male received multiple stab wounds to the chest and stomach. He was transported to a nearby hospital; his status is unknown. The other two victims, ages 45 and 31, received non-life-threatening injuries and were released from the hospital shortly after the incident."
Police said that several agencies helped look for the suspect, who has been identified, but were unable to find him. They added, though, that there is no threat to public safety.
