Tubby Smith picked up his second recruit from the 2010 class Wednesday night when Austin Hollins, a 6-4 wing from Germantown, Tenn., verbally committed to the program.

"Committed to Minnesota tonight!" Hollins said via text. Hollins, the son of Memphis coach Lionel Hollins, told me earlier this week that Minnesota was still No. 1 after he took an official visit to the school last weekend.

The Gophers have one more scholarship for the 2010 class. They're seeking a point guard.
