In January, Bent Brewstillery, which debuted at last summer's All Pints North Festival in Duluth, announced a merger with Roseville-based Pour Decisions Brewing Company. On the distilling side, owner and president Bartley Blume is leading off with an un-aged whiskey and a highly botanical gin.
