When Brau Brothers outgrew the wastewater system in tiny Lucan, Minn., the company was forced to move. Last year it opened a new and larger brewery — complete with taproom — down the road in Marshall. The brewery's signature antique fire truck, Old No. 56, serves as the pub's backbar. It sports twelve taps of Brau beers including year-rounds, seasonals and one-of-a-kind releases. Two beer engines dispense special, limited-run cask-conditioned ales. Hungry? The kitchen serves a little pub fare including house-smoked pastrami. 910 E. Main St., Marshall; 1-507-929-2337; braubeer.com
