After a three-hour search, the body of 13-year-old girl from Bloomington was found Saturday in a west metro lake.

It came after a three-hour search.
The Carver County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call at 3:39 p.m. that a girl was missing at Lake Minnewashta and that her family was trying to find her.
She was last seen on a float attached to a couple of boats that were anchored together on the lake near the 3600 block of Red Cedar Point Road in Chanhassen, according the Sheriff's Office.
Emergency responders from Carver County and several area fire departments — along with the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Water Patrol — worked to find the girl.
The Carver County sheriff's dive team found her around 6:25 p.m. in about 13 feet of water, the Sheriff's Office said. The Sheriff's Office and the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office continue to investigate the incident.
The governor said it may be 2027 or 2028 by the time the market catches up to demand.
