HealthPartners, Bloomington, named Megan Remark Regions Hospital president and chief executive, replacing the retiring Brock Nelson effective Jan. 1. Remark joined HealthPartners in 1995 and is a member of the Regions senior leadership team. She has worked for Aspen Medical Group and is a board member for ServeMinnesota.

Dominium, Plymouth, named Tim Allen chief financial officer and senior vice president of corporate services. Allen was chief financial officer for Quest Education and chief operating officer/chief financial officer for Pro Staff. He received his master's from the University of Minnesota.

Think Mutual Bank, Rochester, named Van Sy vice president of technology services. Sy joined Think 10 years ago and has had technology roles for the Minnesota Air National Guard.

Eide Bailly, Fargo, named Ben Ellingson partner for the Mankato office. Ellingson joined Eide Bailly in 2011 and was at the Sioux Falls, S.D., office. He is on the AICPA Foundation board of trustees and was chapter president for the Siouxland Chapter of CFMA.

BMO Harris Bank named Chad Kardash director of commercial banking. Kardash has worked for U.S. Bank and UnitedHealth Group. BMO also named Eric Hayne vice president and director of investments for BMO Private Bank. Hayne has worked for Octavus Group, Northern Trust and Piper Jaffray.

Perkins+Will named Tony Thomas practice leader in its health care division. Thomas was system director of real estate services at HealthEast Care System and has worked for Maguire Courteau Lucke Architects and Paul Pink & Associates. He is a graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Minnesota Racing Commission named Joe Scurto deputy director. Scurto was director of operations and marketing for Inter-Track Partners and has worked for Horseshoe Marketing and Hoofbeats Magazine.

Minnesota Masonic Charities, Bloomington, named Keir Johnson director of the Minnesota Masonic Heritage Center. Johnson worked for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Bemidji State University, Wells Fargo and the A.H. Zeppa Family Foundation.

Messerli & Kramer, Minneapolis, named Justin Brunner an attorney for the business litigation law group. Brunner was an associate attorney for Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak and served with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
