Xcel Energy, Minneapolis, named George Tyson II senior vice president, corporate development. Tyson joined the company in 2003 and worked for Deutsche Bank Securities, Bankers Trust Co. and Amoco Corp. He serves on the board for the Children's Theatre Co.

TCI Business Capital, Burnsville, named Mark Zitzewitz chief operating officer. Zitzewitz joined the company in 2014 and was senior vice president and general council. He was a private-practice attorney and worked for Sapientia Law Group and Lindquist and Vennum.

BCS Global named Dan Giesen vice president of global operations. Giesen was vice president of operations, North America for Video Guidance before a merger with BCS Global. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Dominium, Plymouth, named Drew Bryan financial planning and analysis manager. Bryan joined the company in 2010 and most recently was a senior financial analyst. Dominium also named Dan Bolles tax senior.

Big-D Construction Midwest named Ken Braun vice president. Braun held leadership positions for Continuum Construction, Doran Cos. and Kraus Anderson Construction. Big-D also named Tim Sack senior project manager and Tom Etter project superintendent.

Gage, Plymouth, named Tony Rivera engagement manager. Rivera was an account executive and social media content manager for Macleod & Co. and worked for Paradysz.

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, named Amy Papenhausen a principal in the trust, estate and charitable planning group. Papenhausen was a shareholder at Henson & Efron and an attorney at Jensen Anderson Sondrall and Maser & Amundson.

CHS Insurance, Inver Grove Heights, named Brent Olson director of marketing and programs. Olson was operations manager for Farmers Union Insurance Agency.

Famous Dave's of America, Minnetonka, named Anand Gala to the board. Gala is founder, president and chief executive of Gala Holdings International.

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Co. named Karen Himle to the board. Himle is vice president of corporate affairs at Thrivent Financial and serves on the board for HMN Financial and the University of Nebraska Foundation.
