Padilla, Minneapolis, named John Himle executive vice president, senior counsel. Himle was founder and chief executive of Himle Rapp & Co. and a former commissioner on the Metropolitan Airports Commission.

Grant Thornton named Karen Hudson chief sales officer. Hudson was vice president of sales for consumer products and retail clients for IBM and serves on the board for the Minnesota High Tech Association.

Maslon, Minneapolis, named Jeremy Sosna partner. Sosna was chief global labor and employment law counsel for Valspar and served on the board for Springboard for the Arts.

Exhibit Partners, Maple Grove, named Sharon Fuller vice president sales and marketing. Fuller was a senior account director for Aimia.

RT Autism Awareness Foundation, Rochester, named James Rechs executive director. Rechs worked for Associates in Psychiatry and Psychology and the Rochester Center for Autism.

Hospitality House Youth Development, Minneapolis, named Matthew Cesare development director. Cesare was development director for No Time for Poverty and worked for Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County in Missouri.

Moving up

AmesburyTruth, Edina, named David Johnson regional sales director. Johnson joined Truth Hardware in 1991 and most recently managed the door hardware business unit.

Prima Power Laserdyne, Champlin, named Aaron Montello operations manager. Montello joined the company in 2012 as a project engineer and most recently was interim operations manager.

Emma Norton, St. Paul, named Becky Boland advancement director. Boland joined the organization in 2016 as strategic plan advancement director.

Honors

American College of Trial Lawyers named Jeff Bouslog, Fox Rothschild; Joe Dixon III, Fredrikson & Byron; and Joe Price, Faegre Baker Daniels fellows of the college.

Construction Lawyers Society of America named Aaron Dean a fellow. Dean is an attorney at Moss & Barnett and a former president of the Minnesota Subcontractors Association.

Community Associations Institute Minnesota Chapter (CAI-MN) gave David Stendal the Lifetime Achievement Award. Stendal founded Omega Property Management and is a former president of CAI-MN.
