Moving up

Reeher, St. Paul, named Kyle Fossen vice president of sales. Fossen joined the company in 2015 and worked for Moody's Analytics. Reeher also named Mike Bernard vice president of marketing. Bernard held leadership positions at Relationship One, Granicus and StreetWise.

Rocket55, Minneapolis, named Hannah Scherrer managing director of operations. Scherrer joined the firm in 2014 and was senior search engine optimization manager. Rocket55 also named Dan Onken vice president of content strategy. Onken joined the firm in 2016 and most recently was content manager.

On the move

DLA Piper named Michael Krauss to the firm's litigation practice as partner in the Minneapolis office. Krauss was the finance litigation team leader for Faegre Baker Daniels and is a former assistant U.S. attorney in New York.

Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce named Maureen Scallen Failor president. Scallen Failor was president of the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce and worked for Meet Minneapolis and International Express Corp.

MRA named Megan Foley member relations manager. Foley worked for Randstad Professionals and serves on the board for the American Payroll Association Northstar Chapter. MRA also named Kate Nelson training schedule manager.

St. Catherine University, St. Paul, named Toccara Stark vice president of marketing and communications. Stark was director of marketing for Clark College in Vancouver, Wash.

honors

Public Relations Society of America elected David Hakensen into the college of fellows. Hakensen is senior vice president for FleishmanHillard and serves on the executive council of the Minnesota Historical Society.

American Bar Association Forum on Franchising gave Chuck Modell the Lew Rudnick Award. Modell is a shareholder at Larkin Hoffman.

University of Minnesota Medical Alumni Society gave Richard Lindstrom the Harold S. Diehl Award. Lindstrom is founder and attending surgeon for Minnesota Eye Consultants and an adjunct professor emeritus at the University of Minnesota.
