Michael Baker International named Kevin Anderson office manager in Minneapolis. Anderson was a design-build project manager for the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Terra General Contractors, Rogers, named Jason Whiting partner. Whiting joined the company in 2012 as a project manager.
