FRSecure, Minnetonka, named John Harmon president. Harmon joined FRSecure in 2012 and was chief operating officer.

Security Bank & Trust, Glencoe, named Andy Schornack president. Schornack will continue as chief executive of Flagship Bank Minnesota, an affiliated company of Security. Security Bank & Trust also named Rachel Schuette chief operating officer.

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, St. Paul, named Susie Emmert vice president and chief advocacy officer. Emmert joined the organization in 2009 and serves on the board for Minnesota Consortium for Citizens With Disabilities.

HGA, Minneapolis, named Amy Braford Whittey, Greg Freeman, Ben Fuller, Michelle Hammer, Laura Lusson, Nat Madson, Stephanie Nordstrom and Jon Weaver associate vice presidents.

Firefly Credit Union, Burnsville, named Dale Turner chief executive. Turner was executive vice president/chief sales and service officer for San Diego County Credit Union.

Bremer Bank, St. Paul, named Stacy Childers municipal solutions manager. Childers was a municipal adviser for the Springsted Group and worked for U.S. Bank.

Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minn., named Curt Kowaleski vice president for finance, treasurer and chief financial officer effective Feb. 4. Kowaleski was director of finance for St. Norbert College in Wisconsin.

Liniam Capital named Keith Hembre chief investment officer. Hembre was chief economist and investment strategist and head of quantitative strategies for Nuveen Asset Management.

Kraus-Anderson Financial Services Group, Minneapolis, named Kirsten Walstien manager of finance and business development. Walstien was a senior planner for Target's home and soft décor business.
