Starkey Hearing Technologies, Eden Prairie, named Jeffrey Krautkramer chief human resources officer. Krautkramer was vice president of human resources at IDEX Corp. and held human resources leadership roles at Dunkin' Brands, Bank of America and General Electric.

ECMC Group, Minneapolis, named Harini Upadhyaya vice president of applications and analytics. Upadhyaya held leadership positions at Smiths Group, W.R. Berkley and Deluxe Corp.

PreferredOne, Golden Valley, named Clarissa Azcueta-Cox vice president of clinical operations and care transformation. Azcueta-Cox was vice president of population health at Network Health Plan in Wisconsin.

NuWay, Minneapolis, named Amy Dellwo director of public policy. Dellwo was director of government and external relations for the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Guild Incorporated, St. Paul, named Beth Scheetz residential services director. Scheetz was director of community mental health for Touchstone.

Kohort Energy, Mankato, named Phil O'Keefe director of engineering. O'Keefe was a project manager for Commonwealth Edison.

MZA+Co named Melissa Lesch senior vice president — state and local government affairs. Lesch was Minneapolis' senior government relations representative.

Union Bank & Trust, Minneapolis, named Neil Anderson senior vice president of commercial lending. Anderson was market president for First National Bank — Plymouth and was president and chief executive of Lake Country Community Bank.

Moving up

OlympiaTech Electric, Plymouth, named Seaen Kosmides chief executive. Kosmides was vice president and serves on the board for the Minneapolis chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association.

Ideal Credit Union, Woodbury, named Shari Rilley vice president of reporting and risk. Rilley was director of data intelligence and risk and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 21 years.

LHB, Duluth, named Heidi Bringman, Lydia Major, Paul Vogel, Kyle Roddy and Jim Muehlbauer shareholders.
