After the blowouts in the Final Four semifinals, college basketball fans were hoping for more excitiement in Monday's championship game.

They got it, from start to finish, as Villanova and North Carolina battled back and forth -- and came down to the final seconds.

With Villanova leading 74-71 and North Carolina bringing the ball downcourt, Tar Heels star Marcus Paige took an off-balance, flailing shot that made even made Michael Jordan stand up and shout. (Stay with this until the 62-second mark and you'll see the North Carolina and NBA great.)

The game was tied and Villanova had one more shot. That would be Kris Jenkins' time to take over. This time, in addition to the shot, keep your eyes out for the reaction of Rollie Massimino, who coached Villanova to its stunning victory over Georgetown in the 1985 title game.

Final: Villanova 77, North Carolina 74. No real losers, except for North Carolina.
