Portland-based Felton Properties has made a $23 million deal to purchase a Plymouth office center, according to a certificate of real estate value submitted Tuesday.

The center, located at 2300 Berkshire Ln. N., was sold by an entity connected to the Excelsior Group. The Plymouth building, which tenants include medical technology company Greatbatch Medical, last sold in 2013 for more than $14 million.

Felton Properties, which has properties in Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Utah, purchased the 26-story Rand Tower located in downtown Minneapolis in 2014, and the Braemar Office Park in Edina last year.

Last month, the Excelsior Group announced plans to develop a 315,000-square-foot office tower in the West End district of St. Louis Park in partnership with Ryan Cos. If completed, the 11-story building would be the first Class A (or top tier) office space built along the Interstate 394 corridor in the Twin Cities in more than 16 years.
