Wild defenseman Christian Folin, injured in March, underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair a labral tear in his right shoulder Monday. Doctor Brad Nelson performed the surgery at TRIA in Bloomington.

He's expected to be fully recovery by training camp.

Also, highly-touted prospect Kirill Kaprizov was finally traded to CSKA Moscow for cash today. I reported this a long, long time ago, so absolutely nothing has changed. He has one more year left on his KHL contract, then it'll be up to him whether he wants to sign with the Wild.

As I reported, the Wild talked to his agent and girlfriend at world juniors and trust that he wants to be an NHLer. Here's that note in the middle of this link.

I'm filling in for Paul Allen on KFAN from 9-noon Tuesday.

Guests include Gophers assistant Mike Guentzel to talk about his son, Penguins stud Jake Guentzel, Vikings beat writer Matt Vensel, Twins beat writer Lavelle E. Neal III, St. Louis Post-Dispatch Jeremy Rutherford and Fox Sports North's Anthony LaPanta.
