Apple Valley goalie makes 111 saves in 6 overtime loss: The incredible recap

Apple Valley and East Ridge played a section quarterfinal game in girls' hockey that didn't end until after the bananas were delivered to a locker room very late Wednesday night.

"Junior Taylor DeForrest of Apple Valley made 112 saves, but the Eagles still lost 3-2 to East Ridge in six overtimes on Wednesday night in a Class 2A, Section 3 girls' hockey quarterfinal at Bielenberg Ice Arena in Woodbury. Senior forward Anya Hafiz scored the winner, ending a game that lasted more than 121 minutes."
