Highlights for Monday's Twins home opener

A look at Monday's festivities.

Home opener highlights

6-9 a.m.: Breakfast on the Plaza, adjacent to Target Field

Noon-2:15 p.m.: DJ Mad Mardigan will perform on the balcony overlooking Target Plaza.

1 p.m.: Gates open. Former Twins will greet fans at the entrances, including: Bert Blyleven, Tony Oliva, Kent Hrbek, Tom Kelly, Jack Morris, Dan Gladden and Rod Carew. Catherine and Kirby Jr. will represent the Puckett family.

1:15-2:30 p.m.: Bones and Beeker perform at the Target Field Station.

National Anthem: will be performed by Caroline Smith.

Ceremonial first pitch: Rod Carew.

Flyover: Featuring a pair of F-16s from theDuluth-based 148th Fighter Wing of the Minnesota National Guard.

3:10 p.m: Play ball!
