The Roseville man accused of providing a mixture of heroin, methamphetamine and fentanyl to a woman who died of an overdose was found and arrested Friday.

Victor W. Lynch, 50, was charged Tuesday via arrest warrant in Ramsey County District Court with two counts of third-degree murder in the death of Trina Maurstad, 28, of White Bear Lake.

Roseville police had issued a plea Tuesday for the public's help in locating him.

Just before 3:30 p.m. Friday, authorities from Centennial Lakes, Fridley and Ramsey County Sheriff's Apprehension Unit arrested Lynch in Circle Pines.

According to authorities, the Centennial Lakes Police Department received a call about a disturbance at 33 Village Parkway. Officers believed that Lynch was hiding at the residence.

The people inside the home confirmed that Lynch was there, but he did not surrender when ordered to do so by police, according to a news release. After a final warning, Lynch surrendered and was arrested without incident or injury.

According to the criminal complaint filed against Lynch: Police were called at 10:11 p.m. Oct. 10 to the Roseville Red Roof Inn, 2401 Prior Av. There officers found Maurstad unconscious in one of the rooms with another woman and Lynch, who worked as the inn's maintenance man and lived in the room.

The woman was performing CPR on Maurstad when authorities arrived. Police noted drug paraphernalia in the room.

Authorities tried to revive Maurstad with Narcan, but they were unsuccessful. She was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, where she died.
