Burglary. Jewelry was stolen from a home in the 14100 block of Blackfoot Street NW. Forced entry was gained through the front door.

Drugs. A 23-year-old man was cited for possession of a hypodermic needle and driving after revocation of his license after officers stopped his vehicle for obstructed view at University and 101st avenues NE.

Theft. A purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 11000 block of Jefferson Highway.

Warrant. A driver was arrested in the area of Snelling and Larpenteur avenues on four Ramsey County warrants, all of them for driving after suspension.

Theft. A wood-burning stove was stolen from a property in the 24100 block of West Fawn Road NE.

MAPLEWOOD

Suspicious activity. An officer responded to a 57-year-old Maplewood woman's complaint that an unknown driver's license plate number had been altered to match hers and used in a gas station drive-off incident in Cloquet, Minn. She said that neither she nor her vehicle had ever been to Cloquet, and that her car didn't match the one used in the drive off. The officer advised her to look into getting new plates if it happened again.

Theft. Candy and soda valued at $7.37 were stolen from Holiday, 2732 Mounds View Blvd.

MARCH 28

Drugs. Officers responded to a narcotics complaint at the Days Inn, 2149 Program Av. A 52-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation.

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Edgewood Middle School, 5100 Edgewood Dr. A man and woman, both 19, were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

NEW BRIGHTON

Theft. An unattended wallet containing $860 in cash and gift cards was taken in the 400 block of 10th Street.

Theft. A boat was stolen from the 22100 block of Xenon Street NW.

WOODBURY

MARCH 23

Suspicious activity. A resident in the 9400 block of Dale Road told police that an unidentified woman had knocked on her door looking for a cat but wasn't able to provide any information about the animal. Surveillance camera footage showed the woman looking into windows in the back of the home.

Suspicious activity. Police received calls from two parties involved in a road rage incident in the area of Woodbury and Commerce drives. One driver said she had been followed and then pinned into a parking stall by a taxi, while the taxi driver said the other driver had cut him off and then run a red light. He followed her and called 911. Both drivers were advised to drive with due regard for others.
