Theft. An 18-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for theft after he was caught shoplifting at Macy's, 14251 Burnhaven Drive.

DEC. 31

Medical. Officers responded to a home on 2nd Street regarding a medical report. Officers arrived and found the caller on the roof of her porch. She told officers she was fine and did not require medical assistance. She refused to let officers in the house. She eventually got off the roof and went in the house. There was a man inside the home, both of them stating they were fine and declined medical assistance.

JAN. 1

Suspicious vehicle. An officer noticed a suspicious vehicle with lights on, after hours, located in a business parking lot on the 300 block of 2nd Street E. The driver told the officer he was there playing Pokemon Go.

JAN. 7

Harassment. A 30-year-old woman reported the lock on the front door of her home, on Water Street, had been changed. She also said she frequently hears banging on the walls. An officer discovered that the complaint was a civil matter. However, the woman was arrested on an outstanding Scott County warrant.

JAN. 14

Animal complaint. Someone reported that two cats had been in a van for multiple days at Valley Green Park. An officer and animal control determined the living conditions for the cats were unsafe. The cats were impounded, and the owner of the van was not located.

LAKEVILLE

WEEK OF JAN. 8-14

Theft. A 22-year-old man was arrested for giving false information, driving after revocation and theft after he drove off without paying for gas at SuperAmerica, 16161 Cedar Av.

Theft. A heater was stolen from a home under construction on the 19000 block of Holloway Lane.

Terroristic threats. Officers responded to a home on the 6000 block of 167th Street W. regarding an assault in progress. A 24-year-old man was arrested after pointing a gun at someone and threatening to kill the person. Cameras at the home recorded the incident.

Theft. A handgun was stolen from the 17000 block of Isleton Court.

Property damage. Someone shot a pellet gun at a home on the 16000 block of Fernando Way.

PRIOR LAKE

JAN. 5

Drugs. A 59-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.

JAN. 7

Drunken driving. A 25-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop.

SHAKOPEE

JAN. 11

Drugs. A 36-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 2700 block of Jade Circle.

JAN. 12

Drugs. A 19-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving after revocation following a traffic stop on the 2200 block of Eastway Avenue.

Theft. A 51-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for theft from CAP Agency, 712 Canterbury Road.

JAN. 13

Drugs. A 35-year-old Jordan woman was cited for possession of a hypodermic needle and arrested on two warrants at McDonald's, 3990 12th Av.

JAN. 16

Theft. A 33-year-old Shakopee woman was cited for theft at Cub Foods, 1198 Vierling Drive.
