If you missed it yesterday, here's our blog post about whether all the excitement about Wentz is hype or reality. For what it's worth, it's hard to find an NFL mock draft right now that doesn't have Wentz as a first-round pick, and the more extreme position is wondering whether he'll be the first quarterback selected in the draft at the end of April.
Some of our interest in Minnesota could be because many of us have a case of college quarterback envy, after watching the hype and struggles that have abounded in the Gophers quarterback situation in recent years. That's reason enough to look across the border to NDSU, which has won the last five Football Championship Subdivision titles.
