Shao Ting, a 6-foot forward for Beijing of the Women's Chinese Basketball Assocation, signed with the Lynx. She and Lynx center Sylvia Fowles have led Beijing to two consecutive WCBA titles.

Fowles and Shao were Beijing's top two scorers this season.

Shao, 27, was also a member of the Chinese national team that played at the 2014 Olympics in Brazil. She was the team's leading scorer in Olympic qualifying and averaged 9.6 points and 2.6 recounds in five games at the Olympics.

The Lynx, who finished second in the WNBA last season, open training camp next week.
