Eastview, senior guard
Star Tribune Metro Player of the Year. Guebert has been instrumental in making the Lightning a state power on a yearly basis since joining the starting lineup as a freshman. Rosemount coach Chris Orr calls the 5-9 Guebert "a phenomenal player and teammate." College: South Dakota State.
Monica Burich
Roseville, senior forward
Colorado coach Linda Lappe is looking forward to having Burich, a three-sport standout, focus solely on basketball. "We feel the sky will be the limit," Lappe said. The 6-2 Burich also starred in high school volleyball and track. "Skilled, versatile, winner are three words that accurately describe Monica," Lappe said. College: Colorado.
Courtney Fredrickson
Minnetonka, junior forward
Fredrickson is tough to defend because of all of the problems she can pose. The 6-2 Fredrickson can shoot from the perimeter, attack the hoop and post up. She'll also attack the offensive glass. College: Undecided.
Taylor Koenen
Shakopee, junior guard
Has the size (6-2), skill and ballhandling ability to be a matchup nightmare at the high-school level. "Freakish talent," Edina coach Matt Nilsen said. Koenen scored a career-best 38 points in an 81-68 victory over Chaska in the Class 4A, Section 2 semifinals. College: North Carolina.
T'Aire Starks
Hopkins, senior guard
Brings attitude and toughness to the floor. The 5-10 Starks takes care of all the intangibles. "She is a great defender and can play any guard position. Her versatility and toughness will help our team," Iowa State coach Bill Fennelly said. College: Iowa State.
