The Twins have set the appearance and autograph schedule for TwinsFest, which runs from Jan. 19-21 at Target Field.

Third baseman Miguel Sano, recently accused of sexual assault by a Twin Cities photographer in a Twitter post, is not scheduled to appear at TwinsFest because he is the subject of a Major League Baseball investigation. The team issued a statement saying Sano, who had shin surgery following last season, will remain in Florida to concentrate on his medical rehab program.

Of note: Activities end at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21. If the Vikings win this Sunday and advance to the NFC title game, that game is at 5:40 p.m. on Jan. 21 and could be at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The team also set the time schedule for its Winter Caravan, which begins on Monday.

TwinsFest begins the day after the annual Diamond Awards, which honor last season's top players on the major and minor league level. TwinsFest features activities relating to the team and appearances by most of the members of the organization.
