Webb, David Potter Age 66, of Edina, passed away August 2nd surrounded by family and friends. An entrepreneur at heart, David's passion for excellence led him into many business and restaurant ventures. David owned and operated the Good Day Café in Golden Valley; previously owned restaurants included Rupert's, Cocolezzone, American Café, Winfield Potter's, Original Pancake House, My Pie Pizza, and Coco Cha Cha. His insatiable thirst for knowledge and innovation evidenced itself throughout his life. Preceded in death by his father, Fredrick Webb. David is survived by sons, David and Michael Webb; mother, Helen Webb, sister, Marti Webb; brother, Rick Webb; and many loving relatives. A Celebration of life for David Webb will be Monday, Aug. 8th at 5:30 PM at Good Day Café, 5410 Wayzata Blvd, Golden Valley. Memorials in lieu of flowers to the David Webb Memorial Fund.
