Schaefer, James E. "Jim" Age 59, formerly of Richfield, MN passed away at home in Shoreview on Feb.6, 2015. Preceded in death by father, Earl. Survived by mother, Joan; sons, Dan and Tony and their mother, Annette Adelmann; brother, Ken (Mary), sister, Anne (Scott) Seaberg; along with nephews, niece, many cousins and friends.Jim grew up in Richfield and was a long time parishioner of Assumption Church. He was a graduate of St. Thomas Academy, University of St. Thomas and William Mitchell College of Law. He was employed by Thomson Reuters. Visitation Thursday, (Feb. 12), from 4:00 -7:00 PM and one hour prior to Mass at Assumption Church, 305 E. 77th St., Richfield. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, (Feb. 13), at 11:00 AM at the Church.
