The two men are described as acquaintances; reason behind the violence has yet to be revealed.
The victim was discovered by officers about 2 a.m. in the front yard of the home in the 400 block of 4th Avenue S., police said.
"Neither of these two men have any connection to this yard," said Police Cmdr. Brian Wicke, who declined to say how the victim ended up where he was found.
Emergency responders declared the victim dead at the scene. He had been stabbed in his upper body. He has not been identified.
