Merry Christmas! Running back Adrian Peterson returned to practice today after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday with a minor ankle injury and is officially listed as probable to play Sunday against the Giants.

So are nose tackle Linval Joseph, outside linebacker Anthony Barr and safety Harrison Smith, who all practiced every day this week and are expected to make their return to the lineup after missing multiple games due to injury.

In fact, the Vikings have listed everyone on their injury report as probable for Sunday's game, including cornerback Josh Robinson, tight end Rhett Ellison, defensive end Everson Griffen, defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd, wide receiver Charles Johnson and running back Jerick McKinnon.

The Giants, meanwhile, have ruled out linebackers Devon Kennard and James Morris, defensive tackle Markus Kuhn and safety Cooper Taylor.
