Kevin Hart had plenty of twists Friday night for the Target Center crowd -- mostly new stand-up material, a guest appearance from Jimmy Fallon -- but he saved his biggest surprise for the finale.

The Philadelphia native spoke directly to Vikings fans as he prepared to leave the stage after a sharp act that displayed the comic's high energy and gift for personalized storytelling.

"My people treated you real bad and I want to apologize," he said, referring to the abuse Minnesotans took at the NFC Championship Game. "Be patient with us and we'll do better next time."

Hart appeared to be done, but he couldn't help himself, breaking into an impression of a squawking eagle.

Fallon was an unexpected warm-up guest, sharing a story about how Prince once challenged him to a table tennis game at a New York club. Prince won.
