A man found shot to death early Tuesday on a neighborhood street corner in north Minneapolis has been identified as a 19-year-old with no permanent address.

Paul D. Falling Jr. died from a gunshot wound to the head and neck, the Hennepin County medical examiner said Wednesday. His death was ruled a homicide.
Officers were called to the area regarding someone needing medical help and found the body at the intersection of 34th and Fremont avenues N., police said.
No arrests have been made.
"Investigators and officers have canvassed the neighborhood and spoken with a number of people," said police spokesman John Elder. "Residents are encouraged to speak with officers."
