For the second time in three weeks, a Powerball ticket sold in Carlton, Minn., came up a $1 million winner, lottery officials announced Monday.

The second ticket was bought at the Kwik Trip on Hwy. 210, about 20 miles south of Duluth just off the Interstate 35 exit, and matched the first five numbers drawn Saturday but not the Powerball number.

The winner has yet to step forward and has a year to do so. The store will receive $5,000 once the winnings are claimed.

The winning Powerball numbers were 6-10-15-25-36, and the Powerball was 14.

On May 19, and 2½ miles due east in the city of roughly 1,000 residents, a Powerball ticket bought at Minit Mart Carlton on 3rd Street matched the first five numbers drawn to win $1 million. That prize also has yet to be claimed. The winning numbers were 3-6-9-17-56, and the Powerball was 25.

Powerball tickets cost $2 each. The jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is $121 million.
