The Minnesota Department of Management and Budget issued this report Friday after reviewing claims of sexual harassment in state agencies. It found 266 complaints of sexual harassment over the past six years, more than half of which were substantiated after investigations. The report also recommends numerous changes to how the state handles sexual harassment.
