Duluth East's Mike Randolph became just the fourth boys' high school hockey coach in the state to reach 600 career victories with a 9-3 win over visiting Andover on Saturday night.

Randolph joins Lorne Grosse (707), Roy Nystrom (705) and Willard Ikola (616) in the exclusive club.

Ryder Donovan, a North Dakota recruit, led the Greyhounds with one goal and six assists. Luke LaMaster, a Wisconsin recruit, had one and four assists, Ian Mageau recorded a hat trick, Garret Worth had two goals and an assist and Jack FitzGerald and Brendan Baker scored a goal each for the Greyhounds.

Eden Prairie 5, Brainerd 2: Trailing 2-1 after the first period, the Eagles scored four unanswered goals to secure the win over the Warriors. John Mittelstadt scored twice for Eden Prairie. Jack Jensen added a goal and two assists. Jack Evans had a goal and an assist to lead the Warriors.

Lakeville North 2, Eastview 1: Spencer Schneider and Shane Griffin scored first period goals to give the Panthers the victory over the host Lightning. The Panthers duo scored 8:49 apart. Zach Anderson cut the deficit to one with a power-play tally with 3:37 left in the first period. Will Johnson stopped 24 shots to make the lead hold up for the Panthers. Ben Beattie made 25 saves for the Lightning.

Girls' hockey

East Ridge 4, Stillwater 3 (OT): Fiona Claugherty completed a hat trick with a power-play goal 5:19 into overtime to give the Raptors the victory over the host Ponies. She also scored 2:41 into the game to tie the score at 1-1 and send the game to overtime with 1:42 left in the third period. Katie Flynn had a goal and an assist for the Raptors. Lauren Einan got the Ponies on the board first 1:31 into the game. Sophie Schuster put the Ponies back in front just past the midway point of the first period. Hannah Affolter scored midway through the second period for the Ponies. East Ridge's Lindsay Carlson and Stillwater's Olivia Knox stopped 30 shots each.

Girls' basketball

New Prague 78, Andover 74 (OT): The Trojans took the lead for good in the extra session when senior Emily Schmitz hit a corner three-pointer. Amanda Giesen sealed the win with three free throws. Emily Russo had a game-high 30 points to help give New Prague its first win of the season. Sydney White had 27 points for the Huskies.

• Tierney Wolfgram of Math & Science Academy finished seventh and Emily Covert of Minneapolis Washburn took ninth at the Foot Locker National Cross Country Championship in San Diego. Wolfgram had a time of 17:51.9 and Covert finished in 17.58.8. Claudia Lane of Malibu, Calif., won the race in 17:03.4.

• Simley senior guard Jake Binley scored 13 points, including the 1,000th point of his career, in the Spartans' 78-70 victory over St. Paul Highland Park on Friday.

• Jaylen Newton of Cretin-Derham Hall caught two touchdown passes and threw a 40-yard scoring pass to lead the South to a 28-14 victory over the North in the Minnesota Football Showcase at U.S. Bank Stadium on Saturday.
