Katie Kaufman and Mariah Keopple each scored two goals to lead Hill-Murray, ranked No. 3 in Class 2A girls' high school hockey, to a 6-2 victory over Breck, ranked No. 1 in Class 1A, at Breck on Tuesday.

Kaufman and Keopple each scored in the first period as the Pioneers (3-1) scored three times in a 4 minute, 15 second span to open a 3-1 lead. Keopple's second goal extended the Pioneers' lead to 4-1 in the second period. Kaufman's second goal early in the third period made it 5-1.

Abigail Boreen contributed three assists for the Pioneers, who won their third consecutive game since opening the season with a 4-1 loss to Blake, which is ranked No. 2 in Class 2A.

Boreen has 12 points (five goals and seven assists) in the Pioneers' past three games.

Gabby Billing had a goal and assist and Sadie Lindsay had a goal for the Mustangs (1-3).

Burnsville 1, Shakopee 1 [OT]: Maria Widen had 36 saves for Burnsville, and Camryn Noess had 22 saves for the Shakopee as the South Suburban rivals skated to the tie. Both goals came in the first period as Jenn Hartung scored for Burnsville and Sophie Stoffers scored for Shakopee. It was the third consecutive overtime game for Shakopee (2-1-1).

Farmington 9, Rochester Lourdes 1: Ellie Moser scored four goals as the Tigers skated past the visiting Eagles.

Forest Lake 3, Roseville 2 [OT]: Brooke Remington's goal at 6:26 of overtime lifted the Rangers, ranked No. 5 in Class 2A, past the visiting Raiders. Roseville had tied the score 2-2 in the third period on a short-handed goal by Lauren Distad.

Holy Family/Waconia 4, Chaska/Chanhassen 2: Lauren Hickey scored two goals to help Holy Family/Waconia (3-1) defeat the StormHawks (2-1) for the first time in program history. Eighth-grader Katelyn Roberts and junior Mia Richter each scored their first career goals for the Stormhawks.

Maple Grove 5, Armstrong/Cooper 0: Maia Martinez had two goals and Mannon McMahon had a goal and two assists to lead the Crimson (3-1), ranked No. 8 in Class 2A, to the Northwest Suburban victory.

Orono 4, Bloomington Jefferson 2: Lizi Norton scored three goals — including two in a six-second span in the first period — to spark the Spartans to the victory at the Bloomington Ice Garden. Norton's first goal — a power-play goal — tied the score at 1-1 with 3:04 remaining in the first period. She scored again with 2:58 remaining to break the tie and give the Spartans the lead for good. She completed the hat trick with 2:18 remaining in the third period.

St. Paul United 5, Mahtomedi 0: Samantha Burke and Jenna Hoops each had a goal and two assists to lift United, ranked No. 6 in Class 1A, past the Zephyrs.

White Bear Lake 6, Park of Cottage Grove 2: Trailing 2-1 after two periods, the Bears rallied with five third-period goals. Claudia Verkerke scored three goals — two in the third period — and Sydney Shearen had five assists — four in the third period — to spark the Bears' comeback. Verkerke's power-play goal, 63 seconds into the third period, tied the score 2-2. Verkerke scored a short-handed goal with 8:26 remaining to make it 4-2.
