The 'Fox Sports North Girls' are no more

The women who were an on-camera presence, but weren't journalists, will no longer appear on the FOX Sports regional networks.

On Friday, people started noticing that Twitter accounts belonging to the FSNorth Girls and other "girls" through the FOX Sports empire had been shut down.

The Star Tribune's Michael Rand received confirmation that the FSNorth Girls, who did promotional appearances, on-camera work and were only identified by first names, have been eliminated.
