The Timberwolves this afternoon recalled rookie center Justin Patton from the G League now that the Iowa Wolves season is over and they're not headed to the playoffs.
Timberwolves recall rookie Justin Patton now that G League season is over
The Timberwolves are bringing back Justin Patton, Anthony Brown and Amile Jefferson to NBA now that their G League season has ended.

Also expect two-way contract players Anthony Brown and Amile Jefferson to come to the NBA now as well.
Whether any or all three see any action, well, that's another question.
The 16th player selected in last summer's draft, Patton played 38 games for Iowa, started 28 of those and averaged 12.7 points on 47.5 shooting from the field. He also averaged 5.4 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 23.1 minutes a game.
Patton is eligible to play for the TImberwolves in the playoffs, but Brown and Jefferson each would have to be signed to a NBA contract to be on the Timberwolves' playoff roster.
The Wolves have eight regular-season games remaining, starting Monday night at home against Memphis.
Minnesota gave up 48 points in the first quarter, rallied all the way back, then faded in a way that drew criticism from coach Chris Finch.
