For the fan who wants to get deep into U.S. Bank Stadium, tickets go on sale next week for tours that will go as far as the Minnesota Vikings' locker room, the field and the press box.

The paid tours go on sale at 10 a.m. May 26 and cost $19 for adults. The tours begin Aug. 24 and will be offered year round. Trained, paid tour guides will lead groups of no more than 20 through the $1.1 billion building that will seat up to 66,200.

The paid tours are different from what the public will see at the free open house July 23-24. That event will allow only access to the main concourse with a sneak peek at club seats.

The guided tours will last 90 minutes. The locations of the tours will vary based on which parts of the stadium are in use at the time. Each guided tour, however, will include the locker room, the art collection, club seats, suites, field access and a look at the media interview room and press box.

Tours can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Group tours can be scheduled through SMG, the stadium operator, at 612-777-8776, beginning May 26.
