The Vikings have made a pair of roster moves this morning.

The team waived wide receiver Gavin Lutman, an undrafted rookie from Pittsburg State, with an injured designation. Lutman suffered a hamstring injury early in training camp and hasn't practiced since.

The Vikings filled his roster spot by signing second-year defensive tackle Greg Hickman. Hickman played his college ball at Florida International. Current Vikings defensive line coach Andre Patterson was the defensive line coach there in 2013, Hickman's senior year.

Hickman spent last year's training camp with the Lions and appeared in three preseason games with them before he was released. He then played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL.
