Wolves update: They return home after a three-game road trip and will play three more on the road after Friday. Jeff Teague, who has missed the past five games (left ankle), has reached the front end of a seven-to-10-day window for his return. Coach Tom Thibodeau said after Wednesday's 119-94 victory at Chicago that the team would not rush Teague back and make sure he is completely healthy upon return. … Derrick Rose scored 24 points vs. the Bulls while Karl-Anthony Towns had 20 points and 20 rebounds. … The Wolves will be wearing the "earned" uniforms for the second consecutive game.

Hawks update: Atlanta plays with the fastest pace in the NBA at 106.3 possessions per game. But the Hawks aren't all that efficient with those possessions. They have the second-worst offensive rating in the league at 103 points per 100 possessions to go with the seventh-worst defensive rating (111). John Collins leads the team with 18.6 points per game while rookie G Trae Young is second at 15.5. Young, who made his name as a shooter in college, is hitting only 25 percent of his three-point attempts and 38 percent overall from the field. … Guard Kent Bazemore is averaging 1.7 steals per game.
