New episodes of “Worth It” are released every Friday — just in time to get out there and enjoy the weekend or hunker down and stay out of the weather.

Host Nicole Norfleet lives in the state’s capital city, St. Paul. She is an editor at the Minnesota Star Tribune. She works nights, keeping an eye on all the happenings across Minnesota while the rest of us take a break.

“Worth It” is a collaboration between the Minnesota Star Tribune and Lemonada Media. The production team includes Melissa Townsend, Tiffany Bui, Kryssy Pease, Zoe Jackson, Casey Darnell and Steve Nelson.
