You'll find building levels of traffic on 494 in both directions between 35W and Hwy. 100. That's still a drive you can make in just a few minutes. You'll find a motorist changing a tire on westbound 494 between 24th Avenue and Cedar Avenue.
No problems on 94 between the downtowns.
Everything is flowing freely on 94 coming in from St. Michael and Rogers.
