A stalled vehicle is blocking the right shoulder on southbound 35W at 31st Street in Minneapolis.

The worst bottleneck is on southbound 35W. Look for a wreck on the right shoulder on County Road I and a disabled vehicle at Lake Drive. That's making for a 15 minutes from 95th Avenue to Long Lake Road.
