A fender bender on the right shoulder of northbound Cedar Avenue at Diffley Road has traffic slowing past the scene. Overall, it's still not a bad drive from 35E up to 494.

Northbound Hwy. 169 is starting to lock up from County Road 18 to Pioneer Trail. Look for a tow truck on the right shoulder at the Bloomington Ferry bridge assisting a stranded motorist.

Southbound 35E is stop and go from Hwy. 36 to 94 in St. Paul.

Westbound 694 is seeing a jam up from Labore Road over to Rice Street. Ahead things loosen just past Victoria St.

The drive on southbound 35W is 17 minutes from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 280.

Look for pockets of slow traffic on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E over to 35W.
