The drive on Cedar Avenue northbound from 35E to Crosstown is quickly filling in as drivers that normally use 35W may be jumping over there to avoid the big delays on 35W.

A wreck at 35W and Cliff Road has traffic jammed up from the Burnsville Split up to the crash scene. That is 20 minutes.

Look for a new wreck on southbound 35W at County Road I. That is compunding the drive from Lake Drive to I-694, which is at 15 minutes.
