The worst delay this morning is on southbound 169. Blame is on the gawker effect as drivers slow down to look at a crash on the northbound side at Rockford Road.

There is some kind of police activity on University Avenue at I-35E. Several squads with flashing lights are parked on the street.

The worst delay this morning is on southbound 169. Blame is on the gawker effect as drivers slow down to look at a crash on the northbound side at Rockford Road. Heading south, it's 15 minutes from 94 to 349.

Things are heavy duty on southbound 35E from 694 to downtown St. Paul because of an earlier accident at Wheelock Pkwy.

A new hotspot: Westbound 694 at Hwy. 61. There are a couple vehicles involved in a mishap on the left shoulder.

ANd things are stacking up on westbound 694 at Main Street in Fridley. The left lane is blocked and traffic slows at Central Avenue.
