On eastbound Hwy. 10, traffic comes to a near standstill at Airport Road with slow downs beginning at Central Avenue.
A stall that had been blocking on eastbound 494 at Penn Avenue is gone. Things are still heavy in both directions between France Avenue and Cedar Avenue. Plan on 20 minutes.
A new crash in the east metro has traffic tight on southbound 694 approaching Hwy. 5 in the Oakdale Area. Traffic slows at 40th Street.
In Minneapolis, a wreck on the left shoulder has traffic jammed on southbound 35W on the ramp to eastbound Crosstown.
