A few drivers are slowing to gawk at the motorcylist that is having a problem on the left shoulder at Hamline Avenue.
We have a stall blocking a lane on southbound Hwy. 100 at Cedar Lake Road. Traffic bunches up in the immediate area.
On eastbound 394, it's heavy from General Mills Blvd. to Wirth Pkwy.
