We are getting word of a stall on Hwy. 65 at I-94. That's the ramp from 35W north into downtown Minneapolis.
Got a motorist getting help in the median on northbound 35E at Yankee Doodle Road. That's not impacting traffic.
You'll find some congestion on westbound 694 from 35E over to 35W.
