A motorist's vehicle broke down in the right lane of the Lowry Hill Tunnel on westbound I-94. The State Patrol is closing the right lane at the Hennepin/Lyndale Avenue exit in downtown Minneapols. Traffic is thick in the area, so expect delays.
On the other end of the tunnel, look for a crash blocking the ramp from southbound I-94 to westbound 394.
