Traffic is still jammed on westbound Hwy. 610 as the State Patrol works to clear a motorcycle crash just prior to the Mississippi River bridge. Traffic comes to a standstill at University Avenue.

Here is what you can expect elsewhere on the system:

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280: 10 minutes

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 10 minutes.

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 9 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 9 minutes. Look for a crash on the northbound lanes just south of 394 approaching Stone Road. That is tying up traffic in both directions.

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 17 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 10 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 8 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 19 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 6 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 7 minutes

Westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 10 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 20 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 from Edgerton Street to 35W: 7 minutes.

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 18 minutes. Eastbound is 11 minutes.
